I recently purchased a vehicle from Grieger's in Valparaiso. I searched many vehicles from many local and some not so local dealerships. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, so I not only seek out the vehicle I like, but an honest and transparent sales associate as well. Phil Johnston is as such. Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. Nonetheless, as of this moment, I am well pleased with the vehicle and especially Phil, who in my opinion, went well above and beyond what one would expect in a car salesman. Very professional and honest... That's a great quality in a sales associate. My next vehicle will be at Grieger's if Phil is my sales person.

Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. And it started with Jerry Guess my salesman, He listened to me and never tried to convince me to buy something I didn't want. The day I picked up my new truck, he stayed over an hour past his normal quitting time to give me an in depth tutorial on the truck. You just don't see that level of service anymore. I've been a Chevy guy for over 40 years. Not anymore.
Everyone I worked with at Grieger's including Justin, Brad and finance team were wonderful. Everything was explained during the purchase. Car features were reviewed and phones were synced. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.
We search all over the US for the perfect Grand Wagoneer Series III L and almost purchased it several times at other dealerships. However, each of those times the advertised price as a bait and switch, or at the last minute, the dealership forced us to buy add-on(s). As a result, the deal fell apart, and we were left with a bad taste in our mouth. The folks at Grieger's Motor Sales had the perfect vehicle that met our requirements. They kept their word on the price and did not have some surprise for us at the end. We flew from Houston to Chicago and invested significant time and resources to make the purchase. We were very pleased with how friendly and professional the staff was and most importantly, how straight forward it was to close the deal. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger RT from Greiger’s yesterday! I called up to the Greiger’s and Tom answered immediately. Tom was very patient with my three children and myself. The approval did not take that long, the whole dealership offered us waters and chips and were super friendly to the kids (who were being very hyper.)

I absolutely love this place! Had an appointment this morning, when I got there the people got right to my jeep and we're very nice. They checked my warranty paper and had me fixed and out the door. Nothing like how I got treated at LaPorte Chrysler Jeep on Pine Lake. I had an appointment there also but when some guy that sits in the back room at that business treated me bad from get go. He told me that he knows all about warranties and mine wouldn't cover my problem. That I should have been smart enough to read thru all my warranty papers. I asked him several times to just please look at my paperwork. He told me to go argue it out with Michiana where I bought jeep. He really treated me bad and I felt that I was owed an apology and even called and left messages thru workers to have the owner call me n I left a voice message for owner to tell him how I was treated and he must not care about how his workers treat his customers because I have yet to get a call from the owner. The place to go for excellent customer service is Grieger Motor Sales in Valporaso, IN. In my opinion they deserve more then 5 stars.
Just got a 2020 dodge ram 1500 bighorn walked in 30 minutes before closing without realizing the sales man stayed with me and worked with me to sell me that truck we agreed on a price and it was a fast process honestly beat dealership I have been to ! If you need a vehicle give them a look!
