Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. The day I picked up my new truck, he stayed over an hour past his normal quitting time to give me an in depth tutorial on the truck. You just don't see that level of service anymore. “ We search all over the US for the perfect Grand Wagoneer Series III L and almost purchased it several times at other dealerships. However, each of those times the advertised price as a bait and switch, or at the last minute, the dealership forced us to buy add-on(s).
