Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. “ We search all over the US for the perfect Grand Wagoneer Series III L and almost purchased it several times at other dealerships.
