I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, so I not only seek out the vehicle I like, but an honest and transparent sales associate as well. Phil Johnston is as such. Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. Nonetheless, as of this moment, I am well pleased with the vehicle and especially Phil, who in my opinion, went well above and beyond what one would expect in a car salesman. Very professional and honest... That's a great quality in a sales associate. My next vehicle will be at Grieger's if Phil is my sales person. ”

The day I picked up my new truck, he stayed over an hour past his normal quitting time to give me an in depth tutorial on the truck. You just don't see that level of service anymore. I've been a Chevy guy for over 40 years. Not anymore. ”

“ We search all over the US for the perfect Grand Wagoneer Series III L and almost purchased it several times at other dealerships. However, each of those times the advertised price as a bait and switch, or at the last minute, the dealership forced us to buy add-on(s).
