I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, so I not only seek out the vehicle I like, but an honest and transparent sales associate as well. Phil Johnston is as such. Phil was extremely helpful, open and honest about everything the vehicle had. Including a flaw that I didn't even realize the vehicle had. He took a picture of the flaw and is setting up a time when it will be repaired. I will follow-up on that as well. Nonetheless, as of this moment, I am well pleased with the vehicle and especially Phil, who in my opinion, went well above and beyond what one would expect in a car salesman. Very professional and honest... That's a great quality in a sales associate. My next vehicle will be at Grieger's if Phil is my sales person. ”
